Jesus Christ is God and is co-equal and co-eternal with God the Father and possesses all the divine attributes and characteristics of God Himself. Jesus Christ is the second person of the Trinity, God the Son, and our Lord and Savior. Christ was the physically begotten of the father when He took upon Himself the form of man and became flesh. From eternity He existed in the bosom of the Father...very God of very God. He is and always has been the only begotten Son of God.
