Jesus Christ has given to all believers a privileged place in His family here on earth: the church. Not only His church Universal, but His local churches throughout the world. We all are, in our individual spiritual lives as well as our corporate spiritual lives, to serve the Lord in the church and through the church. He declares these purposes in His book, the Bible.
